I’m not a Delaware resident. What are my options?

1. A Non-Resident card is available for $25.00. It is valid for a year and allows full library use for patrons 18 yrs. or older, or with parental /legal guardian signature for patrons 17 yrs and younger.
2. A visitor card is valid for 30 days and is available for $10.00 for patrons 18 yrs. or older. It includes borrowing privileges limited to 2 items at one time for a circulation period of one week.
3. Temporary cards valid for 3 months are available for adult AmeriCorps volunteers, local seasonal police force, temporary military personnel, visiting nurses from Beebe, temporary students from the College of Marine Studies, and residents of emergency shelters.

Yes. You need your library card number (this is your user ID) and the PIN number you received when you received your card. Read the FAQ/Help: Forgotten PIN at answers.delawarelibraries.org – Still need help, you can use Ask a Librarian DE or see staff at the library. 

Yes! You can return items from any member library in the Delaware Library Catalog to any other member library within the State. If the item you wish to return was special ordered from a library outside of Delaware, it must be returned to the library that requested it for you. Please note certain Library of Things items have to be returned to the library it was borrowed from.

Public access computers are available with internet access and Microsoft Office Suite. Black / white and color printing is available from all public access internet computers. Wireless internet access is available. A copy machine is available for color and black/white copies.
