Notary Services

• Notarization is available by appointment.
• Appointments must be made in advance – same day appointments are not accepted.
• Notary services are provided for a fee of $5.00 per notarization.
• The person who will sign the document must provide the Notary with at least one valid form of identification that provides a physical description of the signer.
• All persons that need to sign the document must be present and sign the document in the presence of the Notary.
• The Notary may decline to notarize a document if the notarization requirements are not met. 
•  The Notary is not an attorney licensed to practice law in this State and not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for these services.
