Support your Library through Planned Giving
What is Planned Giving? Planned Giving is a way to support a non-profit or charity such as the Georgetown Library by doing more than just writing a check for its annual fundraising drive. It allows a donor to structure a charitable donation in a tax efficient way, and to support their philanthropic objectives.
One of the simplest ways to make a planned gift is by a bequest of money or property through a donor’s will or revocable trust. Such a bequest can be of a particular asset, a set dollar amount, or a percentage of an estate.
