Save your Redner’s receipts for the Redner’s Save-A-Tape Program

Redner’s is committed to the communities that it is a part of, and wants to help out the non-profit organizations whose members shop in our stores. In this interest, Redner’s developed our 1% Save-A-Tape program.
Georgetown Public Library benefits from your receipts from shopping at Redner’s (Members of Save-A-Tape) warehouse stores in Milford, Georgetown, Dover and all Redner’s store locations.

Bring the receipts to the library and insert into the Save-A-Tape jar at the circulation desk.

Planned Giving

Support your Library through Planned Giving

What is Planned Giving? Planned Giving is a way to support a non-profit such as the Georgetown Library. Donors can structure a charitable donation in a tax efficient way, to support their charitable objectives.

One of the simplest ways to make a planned gift is by a bequest of money or property through a donor’s will or revocable trust. Such a bequest can be of a particular asset, a set dollar amount, or a percentage of an estate.

Don’t forget the Georgetown Public Library when planning your estate! Talk to your financial planner about designating the Library as one of your beneficiaries.

Planned Giving for the Georgetown Public Library can be made to the library’s Endowment Fund at the Delaware Community Foundation.

If you have questions or would like to learn more about the fund, please contact Mike DiPaolo at 302.335.6933 or mdipaolo@delcf.orgDelaware.

The Georgetown Public Library (GPL) is an independent library within the Delaware Division of Libraries Consortium. GPL’s two sources of governmental funding are Sussex County and the State of Delaware, which together provide three-quarters of the total annual budget. Subsequently, GPL relies on philanthropic gifts and grants for 25% of its annual operating budget. All donations made to the Georgetown Public Library are tax deductible because the library is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (Tax ID: 51-0117302).
